A Wide Temperature “a-Si TFT LCD” panel The panel structure of SLO1568 is composed of the a‐Si TFT LCD panel structure with a built‐in LED driving board to drive the TFT (Thin Film Transistor) array and the backlight module. In order to applied in some harsh industrial workplaces, the LCD panel of SLO1568 is injected an unique wide temperature liquid crystal material into a narrow gap between the TFT array glass substrate and a color‐filter glass substrate.
